We have enabled in both our iPhone app and iPad app to track the location of a given asset. In NYC Ferry we keep track of the vessels as they move across the Hudson River with a GPS coordinate emitted every 3 seconds and then displayed to the guest. In Boston we track more than 30 water taxis as they move around from one dock to another to give the guest a precise time in which to expect the taxi when they request it much like an Uber.In Louisville we track buses and display their location relative to attractions so that the audio on the bus can narrate over the PA what they are seeing out the window. In Washington DC we use the location to play an audio guide as the particular geofence radius is entered, which allows for the guest to listen to narrations in 14 languages that correspond to what they are seeing.
