Contactless service has never been more important. Our food ordering and fulfillment features allow you to do just that. Your guest can order directly from their phone and pick up their orders so there’s no direct interaction and efficient enough to get them right back to the experience.Guests can access a customized order screen with items specific to their event through a QR code, sent via email text, or printed to be posted directly on site. From there they’ll be able to add their items with any necessary modifiers and pay directly on their mobile device. Their orders then get sent to an order fulfillment screen the bartender can view to service the order. You can have the guest pick up their order at the bar or deliver it directly to them with table service when the table number is provided at checkout.You’ll have full control over this service whether it being using our pause button to stop all sales or modifying inventory, so you never oversell items you don’t have in stock.
