We have built an API integration with Canon cameras in order to develop a photo program that integrates with our mobile application. In this photo program you scan the QR code of a passenger’s ticket and then proceed to take a photo against a green screen or regular background. The photo is then sent to the guest via email and is available for download via the mobile app. The green screen technology allows the guest to choose from several backgrounds. The guest is able to post the photo with a big watermark or pay for the photo to keep a version without the watermark. The guest is able to post on social media easily from the app or simply download it to their photo gallery. The integration with Canon high end model cameras allows us to pull the photo ID and associate to a booking ID so that the relationship is stored within the Anchor platform.
